Ingredients

2 poundsground beef
1 poundsausage
3 tbspCayenne pepper, ground
1/4 cupchili powder
2 tbspred pepper
1/4 cupminced garlic
2bell peppers chopped
1red onion diced
1 (15 oz)dark red kidney beans
4 (15 oz)chili beans
2 (8 oz)cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz)can tomato paste
2 tbspground cinnamon
2 1/2 cupstomato juice
1/2 cupjalapeño juice

Steps

Brown sausage in pot, brown ground beef in skillet. After browning sausage add beans tomato paste tomato sauce and the spices add ground beef after draining. Let cook on low heat 20 minutes. Add tomato juice and jalapeño juice and transfer to crockpot to cook till ready to serve.

Serve chili in bowl garnish with cheese and a dollop of sour cream. ENJOY
