Steps

In a large pan heat oil add cumin mustard hing curry leaves onion peanuts green chilli and saute it for 5 min.

When onion becomes soft Add all vegetables(tomato,peas, potato, capsicum, carrot) and spices(red chilli powder, green chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper), salt to taste and cook it for 10 min.

Wash poha and drain all excess water..add poha in same pan and stir it for 5 min.

Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Garnish it with tomato sauce and green chilli sauce..

Serve hot poha with tea..
