Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in a pan or in the microwave. Set oven to 350°F.

Mix together the flour, salt, oatmeal, cinnamon, and baking powder in a separate bowl.

Add the milk, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter and beat.

Add egg mixture in spoonfuls to the flour mixture and beat until fully combined.

Spoon batter into greased muffin pan and top with granulated sugar.

Bake for 15-18 minutes into golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes in pan and then transverse to rack.
