Ingredients

  1. 100 gEgg noodles cooked
  2. 5 stripsbacon soft cooked roughly chopped
  3. For broth
  4. 50 gcelery finely chopped
  5. 50 gonions grated
  6. 100 mlpork broth
  7. 100 mlbeef broth
  8. 2 teaspoonsgarlic grated
  9. 1 teaspoonginger grated
  10. 1/2 teaspoonchill peppers chopped
  11. 400 mlwater
  12. to tasteSalt and white pepper
  13. 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce reduced salt
  14. 2 teaspoonoyster sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all broth ingredients and place in a pot and bring to boil, leave a bit of celery out to place on dish after cooking let the mixture reduce by a quarter to get richer flavor.

  2. 2

    Once broth is completed add salt and pepper to taste if needed.

  3. 3

    Place the noodles and bacon in a bowl add broth top with seaweed and chopped celery and enjoy
