Put well cut meat pieces in a sizeable sufuria and boil to dry.

Add enough cooking oil and stir well until the meat becomes golden brown.

Add tomato paste, well grinded ginger,onion and garlic,curry powder,salt,Rosemary leaves,and pilau masala and stir well to mix.

Leave to cook for about 2mins then add water, two times the amount of rice.

Add rice stir well and then leave to cook.
- 6
Serve with already prepared kachumbari.
