Ingredients

  • 1 lbfrozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 smallgreen pepper, small diced
  • 2 smallcelery, halved and thin sliced, (not entire stalk just 2 sticks)
  • 10cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3baby carrots halved and thin sliced
  • 1 cupsweet Vidallia onion salad dressing
  • 1 cupsmall cubed cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    cook tortellini according to directions. drain completely cool and refrigerate while chopping you're veggies.

  2. 2

    dry all ingredients so no water or liquid remains.

  3. 3

    add all ingredients into a large bowl. toss to coat with dressing.

  4. 4

    revegetate until ready to serve.

  5. 5

    serve alongside your favorite dish. great for bbq's!

    (i omitted tomatoes and cheddar this go round only cuz I didn't have any. you can omit any of the ingredients our sub regular onion with Vidallia onion our green onion. sub cheddar with any other cubed cheese.enjoy! :)
