Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 3/4 cupdiced ham
  • 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  • 1 tbspcilantro, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tspgreen hot sauce, optional
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan, add butter. Add ham cubes. Stir but let them caramelize.

    Beat the eggs and add parsley and cilantro. Pour over the ham

  3. 3

    Take a lid and cover. Then add water under the lid and recover over the eggs, letting the eggs steam.

    Add green hot sauce if you like serve hope you enjoy!
