Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/4 cupHeinz tomato ketchup
  • 1 1/3 lbraw shrimp, you can use precooked
  • 20 ozpineapple chunks in its juice
  • 12 ozspam diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1salt on the pineapple only
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean, remove shell, and remove vein of shrimp

    Dice the spam

    Heat pan add oil and then spam.

  4. 4

    When the spam is heated add pineapple and juices. Salt the pineapple just a bit.

    When bubbling add ketchup and tomato paste. Stir well. When it has thickened just a bit add the shrimp and honey stirring constantly.

    When shrimp is done serve immediately.
