  • 400 gmatumbo
  • 2 bunchesdodo
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1hoho
  • Grated 1 carrot
  • 1red pepper

  1. 1

    Chop the matumbo and boil in a pressure cooker for 15 mins. Deep fry the matumbo after already soft.

  2. 2

    Boil the dodo without cutting coz its nice that way.

  3. 3

    Chop spices for Kachumbari. Chop the tomatoes, onions, hoho. Mix them together and add the grated carrot.

  4. 4

    Cook ugali and serve the food, eat with red pepper.
