halfcup of palm oil
1smoked fish
dry pepper
2big size onions
crayfish
green vegetables
to tastesalt

Peel yam and put in a boiling water with salt for 15mins
2

Add your pepper,fish,crayfish and oil.leave to boil for 15mins

Add your blended or sliced onions with green vegetables
4

Dinner is ready.
