1 lbGround beef, cooked with taco seasoning
8 ozCream cheese
1 canCream of Mushroom soup
1 canHot Rotel
1 bunchCilantro, chopped.
1 canDiced Green chiles
5 dashBlack pepper
1/2 cupWhole milk

Cut Velveeta into cubes.

Brown beef in a pan with taco seasoning.

Place all ingredients into your crock pot that has been set in high. Cook for 2 hours.
