4 tbssugar

Boil two cups of water
2

Mix flour with one cup of water,stir until it forms a pasty substance,then add to the boiled water

Stir continously for around 4 min making sure there are no lumps

Add sugar and allow it to cook for five minutes then turn it off and serve
