2 cupsugar
1/2 cupbaking cocoa
2 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1 cupvegetable oil
1 cupbuttermilk
2eggs
1 cuphot water
1Frosting of your choice
1Colored sprinkles, optional

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Stir in oil, buttermilk, and eggs.

Add water and stir until combined.

Pour into a greased 13in. X 9 in. X 2 in. baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 - 38 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool completely.

Frost.

Decorate with sprinkles if desired,
