  • Cookies
  • 1 1/2 cupOld fashion oats
  • 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupRaisins
  • 1 tspPure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/3 cupLight brown sugar
  • 1/4 cupGranulated sugar
  • 4 1/2 tbspUnsalted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon (optional)

  1. 1

    Cream butter and both sugars together until combined.

  2. 2

    Add in the egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Lastly, add in the flour, oats, and raisins. Bake at 350°f for 12 to 15 minutes. This recipe should make at least 18 cookies (depending on size)
