1 cupcream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cupsour cream
1 cupsalsa (mild)
1 cupshredded cheese
chopped tomatoes & green peppers to top (optional)

Warm the cream cheese until soft. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a medium bowl, then spread onto tray.

Pour on the salsa and spread evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, then veggies.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips etc.
