Ingredients

  • 1 lbground turkey
  • 2 cupbeef broth (more if you prefer it soupier)
  • 1 enveloperanch seasoning
  • 1/2 tspcoriander
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 4 tspcumin
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 pinchcayenne
  • 1 canyellow corn
  • 1 canwhite corn
  • 1 canpetite diced tomatoes
  • 1 canRotel
  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 1 canblack beans

Steps

  1. 1

    In medium skillet, brown turkey until cooked thoroughly

    In large pot, combine meat, seasonings and broth

    Add all remaining ingredients and stir

    Bring to a boil

    Reduce heat to medium-low

  6. 6

    Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes
