  2. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 1 cupMexican cheese
  4. 1 smallcan of mushrooms

    Saute mushrooms in soy sauce until mushrooms shrink up and become limp.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and pour mixture into a nonstick skillet

  3. 3

    Cook until half done and add mushrooms.and cheese

  4. 4

    Fold omelet in half and cook until cheese melts.
