  1. 1 cupof shaved coconut
  2. 1/3 cupof tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 canof cannellini beans
  4. 1/2 canof green chickpeas

    Take your favourite bowl or any plate.

  2. 2

    Get the green chickpeas and the cannellini beans into the bowl.

  3. 3

    Put your tomato sauce- not really 1/3 cup, but that's the amout that I put in.

  4. 4

    Take your shaved coconut into the bowl and mix well.

  5. 5

    *If you have that guilt to eat store buy canned beans, just soaked the green chickpeas in salted water overnight to soften it up a little bit but you don't necessarily need to do that.

  6. 6

    *The tomato sauce just come in with the cannellini beans but the pasta one won't be wrong I think.
