Ingredients

  1. 1 lbfake crab
  2. 2 ozcream cheese
  3. 1/4 cupsour cream
  4. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  5. 2 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1/2 tspseasoning salt
  7. 1/2white onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash crab meat with a potato masher until in very small chunks. Dice onion finely and mix the two.

    Add all other ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Taste and adjust for flavor and texture; add more mayo or sour cream if you want it more moist.

    Also delicious when you use a bunch of green onions instead of white!
