Creamy faux crab dip
Relatively inexpensive, very quick, and totally versatile! Great on crackers, with celery, or in a wonton wrapper.
Cooking Instructions

Mash crab meat with a potato masher until in very small chunks. Dice onion finely and mix the two.

Add all other ingredients and mix.
- 3
Taste and adjust for flavor and texture; add more mayo or sour cream if you want it more moist.

Also delicious when you use a bunch of green onions instead of white!

What I love most about my dip/spread is that most crab dip recipes employ ingredients that always seem to overpower the crab flavor altogether - this recipe certainly does not.
