Vermicelli special burfi

Put ghee in a pan and roast Almonds, pistachios and Cashew Nuts in it for 3 - 4 minutes.

Break the vermicelli into smaller pieces. Roast it in the pan with ghee for 5-6 minutes, until you smell the vermicelli.

Put milkmaid (or khoya), sugar and water in the pan with vermicelli and Dry fruits. Mix well until the mixture thickens.

Grease an aluminum tray with ghee and pour the mixture into it and keep it in the refrigerator until set.

Cut into squares, remove from tray, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
