Ingredients

  • 5 lbRusset Potatoes
  • 3 cupWhite Vinegar
  • 3 cupWater
  • 1Course Sea Salt (to your liking)
  • 1Black Pepper (to your liking)
  • 3 tbspOlive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into french fries. I used a french fry cutter, so easy!

  2. 2

    In a large pot, combine vinegar and water.

  3. 3

    Add fries and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Let cook until tender.

  5. 5

    Pre heat oven to 400.

  6. 6

    Let cool in vinegar and water. About 1/2 hour.

  7. 7

    Drain and toss in olive oil.

  8. 8

    Place fries on lightly greased cookie sheet.

  9. 9

    Add salt and pepper, bake until browned.

  10. 10

    Enjoy!
