Boil milk and let it cool for while, when lukewarm add sooji rava and sugar and salt and stir well, if batter is too dry add little water. Cover and keep it for 4- 5 hrs. Later add nuts mixer, cardamom powder and baking soda and mix well.

Grease appe pan with little ghee and add 1 tbs of mixer in each section. Cover it and cook on low flame, after a minute or so turn each ball, add more ghee. When golden brown take them out. Serve hot
