Aloo pakoda
For this festive season this is a good evening snack
Steps

Take a bowl mix besan salt red chilli powder chaat masala turmeric powder kasoori methi and add water and make a semi thick batter

Mix 2 tbsp hot oil in the besan batter

Cut the boiled potatoes in thick circles
- 4
Heat oil in deep pan
- 5
Put the gas on medium flame and dip these potatoes in the batter and fry them till golden brown from both the sides

Take them out in plate and serve them hot with green chutney
