First mix besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric, and oil and mix it

Now add finely chopped palak in it and mix it. And wait for 10 mins. Palak will create moisture and you ll able to fry it

Now heat oil and put bite size for frying and fry it till it become golden and crispy. Eat just like that or have chutney with it
