Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 375 gramsPlain Flour
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1 tbspCaster Sugar
  4. 7 gramsBaking Yeast
  5. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  6. 225 mlWarm Water
  7. 5 clovesFresh Garlic
  8. 100 gramsButter
  9. A good size piece of cooking foil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, throw all the ingredients in together, but put the olive oil in the warm water stir and add that to the mix. Squeeze it to mix add a little more flour if its too sticky.

  2. 2

When its all kneaded into a ball, lay it on a floured surface and roll with a rolling pin outwards and round.

  3. 3

Spray a pizza oven dish will olive oil or veg oil all over. Then with your rolling pin, gently roll the end around the rolling pin and lay it across the pizza tin or dish

  4. 4

Peel outer skin off the garlic, cut a tiny bit of each end and it breaks away easy. When they are peeled, add the butter in the middle of the cooking foil and place the garlic on top of the butter and press the cloves in the butter

  5. 5

Bring up the sides of the foil and squeeze it tight together at the top. Make sure its secure because you don't want the butter to run out.

  6. 6

Put it on a small oven dish and roast on high for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it out open it and pour it into a bowl and crush the garlic into the butter and spread on the pizza base and edges.

  7. 7

Put it in a preheated oven on 190°C or gas 5. When you take it out just dab the excess butter around the edge then sprinkle dried parsley all over.

  8. 8

You can leave it and warm a piece up in the microwave later.
