  7. 1/2 tspmirch
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspdhaniya powder
  10. 1/2 tsp.cumin seeds.
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 1/2 cup rice
  13. 1onion
  14. 1.tomato
  15. 1/2 muli
  16. 4 tablespoonGinger and Garlic paste
  17. 1 cup Atta
  18. 1-1/2 cupBhigoi hui urad daal
  19. 1Khira,
  20. 2 tablespoonMalai
  21. as neededRefined oill

Steps

    Oil garam karen usme jeera add karein kati hui pyaaz dale saute karein pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak fry karein fir usme kati hui patta gobi or potato add karein achhi tarah milaye dhimi anch par dhak kar 5 mins pakne dein fir isme kata hua tamatar add karein haldi,namak or mirch powder add karein achhi tarah milayen or dhak kar pakaye 20 mins tak bichh-bichh me sabji ko chalate rahen.

    Bhigoi hui urad daal ko achhi tarah boil kar len.ek pan me oil garam karen jeera add karen pisi hui 2pyaaz add kare golden brown hone tak bhune isme ginger-garlic paste add karen achhi tarah saute kare pisi hua tamatar add kare isme namak,haldi,mirch powder add kare or achhi se milakar masale bhune fir isme biol daal add kare achhe se milayen or dhak kar pakne den 20mins oil upar dekhai dene lage tab isme garam masala add kare milayen 5mins ke baad isme 2 tablespoon malai milayen or mix kare

    Flame off kar dein.2 tablespoon butter garam karein isme garlic or red chilli garma karen or daal me tadka lagayen.

    Ek cooker me oil garam karen isme jeera add karen 1 kati hui pyaaz add karein saute karein 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste add karein achhi tarah milayen.haldi,namak,dhaniya,mirch powder or garam masala add karen.achhe se milayen tamatar add karein masala achhe se bhune fir kata hua potato or baigan add karein achhe mila kar 10mins pakayen fir isme 1cup water add karen cooker ka dhakkan band karke 2-3 siti lagayen.flame off kar dein.

    Ata gund kar paratha banaye.steam rice banayen or salad bana kar garma garam parosen.
