Ingredients: 1 loaf Whole Wheat Toast or Grain Bread; bunch of Baby Spinache (about 5 pieces per slice of toast); 1 Sliced Wasabi Cheese (Costco carries it).; 1 Sliced tomatoe (2-3 slices per piece of toast); 1 slice Lemon on the top of each Charlie Burger for garnish.; 1 sliced Avacado; 4 can Tuna; 1/2 cup Mayonnaise; 1/2 Jar Wasabi Onions; 1 tbsp Relish; 2 tbsp Mustard; 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Celery; tbsp Dry Dill; Salt and Pepper; 1 tsp Lemon Juice

My mother used to make Charlie burgers (aka hot tuna sandwich) when I was a kid. Using wasabi cheese and crunchy wasabi onions I turned this fun summertime snack into a fall flavored treat.

1 loafWhole Wheat Toast or Grain Bread
bunchof Baby Spinache (about 5 pieces per slice of toast)
1Sliced Wasabi Cheese (Costco carries it).
1Sliced tomatoe (2-3 slices per piece of toast)
1 sliceLemon on the top of each Charlie Burger for garnish.

Tuna Mixings
4 canTuna
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/2Jar Wasabi Onions
1 tbspRelish
2 tbspMustard
1/4 cupFinely Chopped Celery
tbspDry Dill
Salt and Pepper
1 tspLemon Juice

Take all ingredients for Tuna Mixings and stir together well in large bowl until completely combined.

Place Spinache leaves on toast

Put 3 heaping spoonfuls of the tuna mixture on top of the spinache on toast.

Top with Wasabi cheese slices

Top with tomatoe

Place on cookie sheet at 350°F Fahrenheit for 30min or until cheese on top is melted and golden brown.

Once out of oven top with avacado slices and a slice of lemon.
