Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2(16 oz) containers of Sour Cream
  • 8 ozbacon. Cooked and chopped
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar
  • 1 packagesranch dip mix
  • 130 oz bag shredded hash browns

    Preheat the oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Add hash browns. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  5. 5

    Spread mixture into dish.

  6. 6

    Bake for 50-60 minutes. Until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

I love this recipe. I have used sausage instead of bacon and I added some scrambled eggs. Very yummy no matter what.
