For batter.mix all the ingredients in a bowl with enough water. the consistency of the batter should be like the batter we prepare for bajjis.

For vada.in a bowl add mashed boiled potatoe, ginger and garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander levels, lemon juice and salt, mix very well.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. when hot add mustard seeds, cumin sheed, turmeric powder, cook for few minutes, now add the potatoes mixture to pan and mix.when this mixture cools community. mak small flat rounds and keep aside.

Heat a oil in a pan. now dip the potatoes rounds in the batter and place them on the pan.fry the vada till the golden brown on both sides. serve hot vada pav.
