This s not original,i'm not use cubed soup ,but make it from scratch ,so i think you can do it too ,its just what i make at home , its great ,easy and delicious :)

Cooking Instructions

Make curry paste ,pound coriander seeds,garlic ,ginger until blend well,mix in curry powder,mix well

Chop vegetables ,peel potato(,i make 4 big chunk of potato boil in soup to make starch ,mash into soup to make it thick..i think this is important part ),divide pork into 2 part,one part cube ,another part keep to fry

Add oil to soup pot,fry curry paste with onion until fragrance ,add pork ,stir until no longer pink,add vegetables,add water ..let it boil

Add seasoning,brown sauce ..stir to mix,lower heat..let it simmer until pork and vegetables are soft approximately 45 mins,bring out big chunk of potato to mash and add back to soup to make it thick ,before done add butter ,stir and heat off

When curry almost done ,fry pork in nonstick pan ..(seasoning, coat with flour,dip in eggs ,coat with bread crumb ) until golden

To serve ,set steamed rice in the middle of the plate,spoon curry surround ,slice fried pork top on rice ..i springkel paprika and some sesame seeds too :)
