Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  1. 1raw tuna steak
  2. 1avocado, sliced
  3. 1/2cucumber, chopped into cubes
  4. 1 tablespoonblack sesame seeds
  5. 1lime, juiced
  6. 1 cupcooked sushi rice or quinoa
  7. 1 tablespoonkewpie mayo or seafood mayonnaise

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop up cucumber, tuna and slice up avocado in half.

  2. 2

    Squeeze the lime juice over the tuna and leave for 2 minutes or so.

  3. 3

    To assemble, place the quinoa or sushi rice at the bottom of the bowl, along with the cucumber. Top with the tuna and avocado, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and a little of the lime juice. Serve with a little mayonnaise and a chilled glass of Chardonnay.
