Steps

Chop the beef to preferred sizes. Soak in meat tenderizer for 10 mins.

Boil the beef for 20 mins. When the water drains, add chopped onions with cooking oil.

Cook for 3 mins then add tomatoes, carrots and capsicum.

Add peeled potatoes and stir. Add little water and salt.
- 5
Simmer when covered till soup thickens.
