Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8pork chops
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 cupchicken broth
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 6red potatoes chopped
  6. 3 tbspA1 steak sauce
  7. 1/4 cupbutter
  8. 4carrots chopped
  9. 1pepper to taste
  10. 1salt to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Melt butter in bottom of pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Brown pork chops on all sides, then remove from pressure cooker.

  3. 3

    Place plate in bottom of pressure cooker.

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients back to cooker.

  5. 5

    Lock lid; once pressure has risen, cook for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and allow pressure to drop on own.

Gonna give it a try.. sounds good.. although im using boneless pork for bbq.. should be just as easy
