Line 13x9" baking pan with foil. And grease foil with 1-1/2 tsp. Butter. Set aside.

In large sausepan. Combine the chocolate chips, milk, remaining butter. Cook & stir over medium heat until mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.Place the marshmallows in a large bowl. Add chocolate mixture & stir well. Spread into prepared pan.

Refigerate until firm . Using foil. Lift fudge out of pan. Cut into 1-1/2" squares.
