Dough- make a well in maida. Add ajwain and salt. Add 2tbsp hot oil. And mix it. Now slowly adding water make stiff but still not cracked.

Mash potato. Keep little lumpy. Chop paneer in small cubes. And mix both with all other ingredients.you can make sabji for stuffing.

Now roll roti and cut it into half. Now place stuffing exactly at centre and make a cone of it.

Seal edge with either water or maida and water mixture. And deep fry it. Fry it till it become golden and take it oil.

Serve it with green chutney.
