I wasn't sure whether to call it fried beef or beef stew but I wanted to share it with you today

My special meal is always beef with ugali enjoy

today i decided on this meal because it is easy to prepare and fast.

This is a special receipe because i did not derive it from a book and its perfect to use while shallow frying beef. The fried beef can be best served with Ugali, rice and french fries. Best served while hot.

My mom used to make and I loved as kid and still crave and me and my kiddos love with little ketchup! Also great with fried egg on top!

Avoid cooking too much meat on a pan. Take larger pan so that meat pieces don't touch each other, or simply cook in batches. Otherwise beef would be steamed, not fried.

I had previously cooked fried beef and felt that it was to dry and wanted to see if i could do something different with it make it More deliciousEnjoy

Simple meal to prepare

I tried my best to cook beef. I got my recipe from one of the post in cookpad.

I tend to look for this on good breakfast menus when I know it’s not prepared from a can. There’s just no substitute for the real - deal. After a traditional "Irish" meal of corned beef, I use the leftovers (see my recipe) for the next day's breakfast (or dinner). Traditionally it's topped with an egg either poached or fried.

This is a simple plain beef with many ingredients. It's yummy
