Ingredients

5 serving
  1. 1tuber yam
  2. Salt
  3. 5Fresh pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonCurry
  5. 3ckap Palmoil
  6. 1Onion
  7. 2Knorr seasoning
  8. 3cksp Crayfish
  9. 1medium sized fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice yam and wash.

  2. 2

    Pour in a pot,add water but let the water not cover it.

  3. 3

    Add palmoil,slice in onion,maggi,curry,crayfish and salt.

  4. 4

    Boil for 8minutes.uncover and stir with a wooden spoon for 40seconds.

  5. 5

    Cover again and boil for 5minutes.by now the porriage has formed.

  6. 6

    Taste for salt.and bring it down because is ready.

  7. 7

    Cut the fish,wash with salt and spice with salt,curry,maggi.

  8. 8

    Set in the oven,and grill for 30minutes.serve with the porriage.
