Ingredients

  1. 1halved French roll
  2. 1 cantuna in water, drained
  3. 1/4 cupartichoke hearts in oil, drained and chopped
  4. 2 slicetomatoes
  5. 1/3 cuponions, chopped
  6. 1 slicewhite cheese
  7. 1 tbspchia seeds
  8. 3 tbspmayonnaise
  9. 1 tbspgarlic parsley salt
  10. 2 tbsplemon juice

  1. 1

    Turn broiler on high

  2. 2

    Place halved loaf in until browned slightly

  3. 3

    Combine tuna, onion, lemon juice, salt, chia, mayonnaise, artichoke together in bowl

  4. 4

    Spread mixture evenly onto one of the slices.

  5. 5

    Lay slice of cheese and tomato on other slice

  6. 6

    Place back into broiler until cheese is melted
