  • 2 cuprice or Brown rice
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 mediumwhite onion (diced)
  • 2 bunchgreen onions
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspbasil, chili powder, salt, cumin
  • 2 bunchcilantro

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Saute onions, oregano, basil, garlic and eggs (make sure it mixes well)

  2. 2

    Add salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture in cooked rice, add cilantro on top and bake for 10 minutes.
