Ingredients

  • 1olive oil for brushing
  • 9 ozfresh aspargas
  • 2 largemushrooms, sliced
  • 3 1/2 slicebacon , cut in half shortways
  • 1black pepper
  • 1/4 tspthyme, dried
  • 4 largeeggs
  • 1salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Brush bottom and sides of a casserole dish with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Place aspargas on bottom of casserole and lay mushrooms on top.

    Sprinkle with thyme. Lay bacon accross top to cover and sprinkle with pepper.

    Bake uncovered for 45 min. Top with egg, sprinkle egg with salt and pepper.

    Bake for another 10-20 until egg is cooked to your liking. Remove from oven break yolks and stir it up!

    Place on plate and serve!
