Make a soft dough using rava, maida and salt. Add ghee to make it soft and keep it aside for 1 hour atleast.

Now again take 1 tsp ghee and add mawa in it. And cook it till it become liquidy.

Now take this mawa in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients in it. And mix it. Add Dryfruits if you like.

Now make circular roti and place it in karanji mould. Put stuffing exactly at centre and close it.

Now heat oil or ghee for frying. Gently fry it on medium flame till it achieve golden colour.

Take it out on tissue and let it cool down.

Serve it warm.
