Ingredients: 1 red or regular potatoes cut and cubed; 1 slice carrot; 1 white or yellow onion; 1 bag of beans I used pinto u can use red or add kidney beans be creative; 1 hamburger meat fried and crumbled; 4 Bay leaves; dash Italian seasoning; tbsp chopped parsley or parsley flake; 1 v 8 vegetable juice; 1 can Rotella or stewed tomatoes; 1 Fresh garlic; 1 celery; 1 beef bouillon

I use to call this hamburger stew til my niece decided she would no longer eat hamburger meat. I changed the name to Cindy soup told her it was made especially for her and that's what we call it ever sense. You may replace cindys name with ur picky eaters name and see if it works for you too!

Steps

Depending on your beans. I used pinto. Soak beans over night in crockpot

Turn on high when u wake up and let cook add potatoes carrots and celery

Add all other ingredients along with spice cook about 4 hours on high and enjoy
