Its a recipe I have been making every Christmas since I turned 16. Thats 30 years. It can be made by hand you just have to let the Butter soften before blending in the Sugar and Brandy

Add butter to the food processer

Pulse the butter until softened.

Add the Icing sugar in three stages blending into the butter.

Add the Brandy slowly to the blended sugar and butter. (like you would oil to eggs to make mayonnaise)

If the mixture splits add a little more icing sugar. It should come back together.
