Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6mini bell peppers
  • 18 oz block of cream cheese (lite is okay)
  • 1/4 cuppickled hot & sweet jalapeños (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspCajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cupfinely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cupreal bacon pieces

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the washed peppers in half...clean out the seeds and insides.

  2. 2

    Mix the softened cream cheese with the remaining ingredients and stuff the pepper shells.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate 2 hours to let the flavors meld and enjoy!

  4. 4

    Experiment with hot jalapeños, finely minced onion and other spices....
