Mix flour & margarine, whisk until all c mixed n fine

Break the 3 eggs on a separate disk, whisk and add to the flour mixture. Mix well until its fine with no lamps of flour

Add milk slowly as u knead until u get a fine and elastic dough. Ensure the kneading tray or basin c clean

Cover the dough with a clean foil paper

Live it for 15minutes

Cut the dough to small round balls, put cooking oil on a moderate heat

Roll the balls n cut to the desired shapes

When oil c hot, add the cut doughs, cook until golden brown n remove from the oil. Place the cooked mandazi on surface covered with surviet to suck oil from mandazi.

Sprinkle icing sugar on the mandazi to sweeten.

Ready to serve with juice or tea
