Steps

Cut the meat into pieces and bring to boil.

Chop the onions and tomatoes and set aside.

Clean the kales and chop.

Add a table spoon of oil into a sufuria. Add onion and fry. Add the beef and stir.

Add tomatoes and salt stir a little bit add a cup of water and allow to cook.

Add onions in a different sufuria add oil and fry the onion.
- 7
Add the kales and stir again. Serve
