Meatballs with Sweet & Sour Chili Sauce Meatballs with Sweet & Sour Chili Sauce
I used the meat mixture I used for a meatball recipe I uploaded earlier, combined with the chili sauce I used in.Make the meatballs in bulk and freeze them - they're handy to have in stock. If you add 1 teaspoon of katakuriko dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water, the chili sauce will become slightly thickened like ankake sauce. I used 2 teaspoons of starch dissolved 2 teaspoons of water to make the sauce thicker. It won't leak if you put it in a bento box. For 2 servings. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -
Shrimp-Chicken Meatballs in Chili Sauce Shrimp-Chicken Meatballs in Chili Sauce
Changing the usual shrimp chili sauce to shrimp and chicken meatballs in chili sauce! You get more volume, and kids love meatballs. Great for bento lunch boxes.Refrigerating the meatballs makes it easier to roll them into balls. You can use fresh mizuna greens or lettuce instead of bok choy if you prefer! A green vegetable makes for a beautiful presentation. Mix the meatballs with the sauce while the meatballs are still warm. Recipe by Muuko cookpad.japan -

Meatballs with Tomato Sauce Meatballs with Tomato Sauce
Minced pork can be used to cook many delicious dishes and in this recipe we’ll make it into meatballs and cook in tomato sauce. The meat turns out tender and will smell delicious, and the tomato sauce goes well with rice. Sounds good doesn’t it? (Contributed by Heina Phuong) cookpad vietnam -
Meatballs with Tomato Vegetable Sauce Meatballs with Tomato Vegetable Sauce
Pretty nice meatballs; leftovers can be frozen; use salt reduced paste and stock, and do not add extra salt to the sauce, or else it might be a bit too salty. (Pic has capsicum instead of celery, this recipe is great for substituting veggies) Saffie La Rue -
Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce
I'm pretty sure that my ability to cook is one of the keys to my marriage. In fact, I'm not 100% certain my wife would've agreed to marry me if it weren't for my passion for food and cooking. Still, that doesn't mean she doesn't occasionally have her doubts. Like when I told her I was going to make meatballs with tomato and coconut sauce for dinner. At first she assumed it'd be a curry, and when I told her it wouldn't be she simply said "it sounds a little weird." Fortunately the dish worked out (pretty brilliantly, actually), and both she and our daughter are believers once again. Robert Gonzal -
