Ingredients

  1. 15 gramsSpagetti
  2. 1 bunchJapanese mushroom
  3. dashSpring onion
  4. 2/3onion, chopped
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 3 mlolive oil
  7. 20 mlchicken broth or vegetable broth
  8. 1/4Carrot

Steps

    Chop onion, shred carrot

  2. 2

    Boil spagetti in boiling water for 4-5 mins

  3. 3

    Drain spaghetti

  4. 4

    Add olive oil in pan

  5. 5

    Fry onion, carrot and mushrooms.

  6. 6

    Add spaghetti in pan.

  7. 7

    Add chicken both

  8. 8

    Let the broth soak into spagetti abd turn to sauce. Spaghetti should be moist with some broth after cooked.

  9. 9

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

  10. 10

    Garnish with spring onion.
