Ingredients

  • 3 cupCrisp Rice Cereal, coarsely crushed
  • 4 tbspall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspdried thyme
  • 1/2 tsppoultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cupbutter or margarine, melted
  • 8boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)

    In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings.

  2. 2

    Place butter in another bowl.

  3. 3

    Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.

  4. 4

    Place in a greased 11 in. X 7 in. X 2 in. baking pan.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with remaining butter.

  6. 6

    Bake, uncovered at 400°F for 20 -25 minutes or until juices run clear.
