Ingredients

  • 100 gramsof fried groundnuts(only dry fry.no oil)
  • 150 gramsof shallow fried onions
  • 4green chillies
  • 1 cupof curd
  • 1/4 bunchof corainder leaves
  • 1/2 tbspof turmeric powder
  • 2 tbspof oil
  • 1Salt & Water according to requirement

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind well the groundnuts,chillies,onions & corainder leaves in the mixer.

  2. 2

    Add the paste,water,oil,salt & turmeric powder to the pan & heat them to boil.

  3. 3

    Keep the gravy on pan at low heat for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    After turning the heat off,mix curd with the gravy.

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with any type of rice-based recipe.

  6. 6

    P.S : Groundnuts are also known as Peanuts.
